Die construction

Our die construction and maintenance workshop is equipped with numerically controlled (CNC) machines and wire and plunge EDM machines.

The wide range of tools available allows our technicians to design each die with painstaking precision, also thanks to advanced three-dimensional CAM / CAD systems.

Each die is designed and developed in conjunction with the customer. This co–design process allows us to create high-performing dies, able to meet end-product requirements in terms of quality and compliance with standards.
